Thin Sunday slate this week with all the byes and even thinner when you think about how many "good" games there are. Let's just say it's not a good sign when you are trying to talk yourself into the Jets-Bengals or Steelers-Raiders. This may be a good weekend to try and salvage your marriage, but also a good week to make some money.

New Orleans -10.5 over Buffalo
When your team slogan right now is “Thad isn’t Bad!” you know you have issues, especially going into the Super Dome with the Saints coming off of a bye.
KC -7 over Cleveland

What’s better than betting against Brandon Weeden on the road against the best defense in the AFC? Betting against a disgruntled Jason Campbell on the road against the best defense in the AFC.
Dallas +3 over Detroit
I expect a very fun, very high scoring game, with a battle between the two best wide receivers in the NFL in Calvin Johnson and Dez Bryant. This usually means we get a sloppy 6-3 final with piss poor offense and mediocre defense.
Miami +6 over New England
The Pats are gonna somehow win this game. I don’t know how or why, but it just makes sense that they do. The Dolphins can’t protect Tannehill or establish a running game. Which means Chandler Jones will have a career day.
Philadelphia -5 over NY Giants
Raise your hand if you watched Monday Night Football this past week? Anyone that raised their hand is either lying, had a family member playing in the game, or is a degenerate gambler like us. This Giants team is bad badbad. Look for Michael Vick to run amok (you know on the first drive, he’ll be knocked outta the game by the half).
San Francisco -14.5 over Jacksonville *In London
Look the Jags already covered their super-spread this season, sorry boys it’s not happening again.
NY Jets +5.5 over Cincinnati
Just way too many points here for a team that really has struggled to find an identity on offense. Be ready for a grind it out 13-10 ugly game.
Pittsburgh -2.5 over Oakland
Don’t look now, but the Steelers aren’t out of it yet.
Atlanta +2.5 over Arizona
As mlz and others have pointed out, teams that play Seattle the week before are 0-6 the following week. With Hotlanta coming off of a bye week and getting Steven Jackson back, I like the Falcons.
Washington +11.5 over Denver
Another game where it feels like there are just too many points. RG3 has finally figured it out and can score with the best of them. The only issue is the defense is probably the worst in football.
Green Bay -9.5 over Minnesota
Is this the first quarter line? You expect me to believe that Christian Ponder is gonna beat the Packers back to back times? No way Jose.
Seattle -11.5 over St. Louis
The Rams suck.

Two weeks to prepare for a home game against Thad Lewis? He hasn't been bad by any means but the Superdome is a different animal than anywhere in Florida. Brees gets the ball out too quick for the Bills to put any pressure on him. They are going to light up the Bills this week.
KC -7 over Cleveland

I was all excited to bet against Brandon Weeden in Arrowhead, I guess I will have to settle for betting against Jason Campbell in Arrowhead. Covering this game should never be in doubt from beginning to end.
Dallas +3 over Detroit

How the hell are the Lions favored in this game? Are we really saying the Lions are just as good as the Cowboys? Even with Ware and Murray out, the Cowboys are lightyears ahead of the Lions and it's mostly thanks to Tony Romo playing on a level Matthew Stafford can only dream of playing at. This should be a fun and close game, but Matthew Stafford will choke an the Lions will stall late.
Miami +6 over New England
I'm on the same page as AP3 in a lot of our picks this week but he nailed this one. The Pats are going to find a way to win this one because that's what they do at home against the Dolphins. But Miami tends to play well against Brady and should keep this game close down to the final whistle.
Philadelphia -5 over NY Giants
I don't trust Vick's body and I certainly don't trust Matt Barkley coming in as relief if he gets hurt, but I really don't like the Giants. As bad as the Vikings were on Monday night I came out of that came thinking less about the Giants despite winning the game. They can't do anything right and might not win another game this year. Fingers crossed.

NY Jets +5.5 over Cincinnati
Luckily there will be other games to watch while this is on. This is going to be a sloppy turnover filled low scoring game. Cincy wins another one of these but the Jets will keep it close.

Pittsburgh has some momentum going right now. Their defense is good against the pass and now finally the offense has gotten its shit together.
Atlanta +2.5 over Arizona
I really want to take the Cardinals, but with Steven Jackson coming back and the Falcons coming off a bye, I just feel this line should be Atlanta -2.5 so I'm taking the points.
Denver -11.5 over Washington

Peyton Manning is only laying 11.5 vs maybe the worst defense in football? Once this game is done I think Vegas may wish they made this line 28 and that Broncos/Jags line closer to 11.5.
Green Bay -9.5 over Minnesota
I almost took the Vikings just hoping for a big day from Peterson, but I'm not sure that would even be enough to cover. I think he does in fact have himself a good night, but the Vikings are really bad and Aaron Rodgers is due for another monster week.
Seattle -11.5 over St. Louis
If this were in Seattle would we have seen another 28 point spread?
