2013 NFL Power Rankings Week 7

Image description

Congrats to the Jaguars for hanging with the Broncos, covering their first game of the season, and crawling out of the cellar of the NotBS NFL Power Rankings. Take a look and see where everyone else landed.

1 Broncos 1 0 6-0 4-2 at Indianapolis Better ugly than good, always nice when you can look past a team and still win by double digits.
2 Chiefs 3 1 6-0 5-1 vs Houston Maybe the best all around team in the league.
3 Seahawks 5 2 5-1 4-2 at Arizona Despite winning, it was a shaky game against Ryan Fitzpatrick.
4 49ers 6 2 4-2 4-2 at Tennessee Good win against a good defense. They needed it to prepare for Seattle round 2.
5 Patriots 7 2 5-1 3-3 at N.Y. Jets Tom Brady still has it.
6 Saints 2 -4 5-1 4-2 BYE Not the way you want to go into the Bye week.
7 Colts 4 -3 4-2 3-3 vs Denver No support for Luck this week as they were looking ahead to Denver
8 Packers 9 1 3-2 3-2 vs Cleveland Losing Randall Cobb won't help a Packer offense that has been struggling.
9 Bengals 8 -1 4-2 3-2-1 at Detroit They are the worst 4-2 team out there.
10 Bears 12 2 4-2 1-4-1 at Washington Should have won by double digits against the Giants. This is why I hate the Bears.
11 Titans 10 -1 3-3 4-1-1 vs San Francisco Things don't get easier for the Titans as they play the 49ers this week. At least Locker can get some rest during a game they probably would have lost anyway.
12 Cowboys 13 1 3-3 5-1 at Philadelphia Big divisional win, but even bigger losses in Ware and maybe Murray
13 Dolphins 15 2 3-2 3-2 vs Buffalo Good time for a Bye week to figure some shit out before key divisional games.
14 Lions 17 3 4-2 4-2 vs Cincinnati Despite being limited, Calvin Johnson on the Lions makes the team 10x better.
15 Browns 14 -1 3-3 3-3 at Green Bay Brandon Weeden is bad at football. They need a Quarterback that is decent-good at football to compete.
16 Chargers 19 3 3-3 4-1-1 at Jacksonville Strong win against a team looking past them on MNF.
17 Ravens 18 1 3-3 3-3 at Pittsburgh Burn that image of the banner in your heads Ravens' fans, it will be a while before the next one.
18 Falcons 16 -2 1-4 0-4-1 vs Tampa Bay Next year can't come soon enough for the defending 1 seed in the NFC.
19 Texans 11 -8 2-4 0-6 at Kansas City Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad.
20 Eagles 20 0 3-3 3-3 vs Dallas Nick Foles may be exactly what the Chip Kelly offense needed.
21 Rams 21 0 3-3 2-3-1 at Carolina Would be the best team in the AFC North and maybe South.
22 Cardinals 24 2 3-3 4-2 vs Seattle Underrated Defense, unfortunately Carson Palmer isn't.
23 Raiders 23 0 2-4 3-3 BYE Not the doormat that they are accustomed to being.
24 Jets 22 -2 3-3 4-2 vs New England Showed signs of why they are still the Jets this past week vs Pittsburgh.
25 Bills 26 1 2-4 4-2 at Miami Proved they are a strong home team, even with a backup QB.
26 Panthers 27 1 2-3 2-3 vs St. Louis Officially in Bears territory. Cam is as Jekyll and Hyde as they come.
27 Steelers 29 2 1-4 1-4 vs Baltimore Looks like they won't be getting any games back for a while.
28 Redskins 25 -3 1-4 1-4 vs Chicago Clearly RG3 is not the same... maybe he should have taken the entire year off.
29 Vikings 28 -1 1-4 2-3 at N.Y. Giants Over/Under 2.5 different players lined up at QB this week? (I like the O)
30 Jaguars 32 2 0-6 1-5 vs San Diego Earned some respect for covering at Denver... Some.
31 Giants 30 -1 0-6 1-5 vs Minnesota Coughlin can come and go as he pleases and big name players on the trade block? All smiles from me.
32 Buccaneers 31 -1 0-5 1-4 at Atlanta Schiano is currently on the biggest hotseat next to Kubiak right?

Arizona +7 over Seattle

I almost want to make this an upset special. Unfortunately I envision Carson Palmer down by 4 at the end of the game throwing a game ending INT to Richard Sherman around the Seattle 40 yard line. This Arizona team has an extremely underrated defense. Unfortunately, their offensive line and starting quarterback are terribad.

Arizona +7 over Seattle

If you ask Bruce Arians about it he will get pissed at you, but these Cardinals have a great knack for keeping games close. The loss of Calais Campbell is going to hurt them, by the way the 49ers fans really were doing the wave while he was being taken out on a stretcher? What a bunch of cunts... Anyway, the loss of Campbell is going to hurt, but on the whole that team is too good, at a stadium that actually does boast a home field advantage, to lose by two scores to a divisional rival.
