NFL Pick'Em: 2014 Wild Card Round
The playoffs are almost here. Let's get to the picks...
* Home teams in bold.
AP3
Indianapolis PK over Kansas City
Everyone
is writing off the Colts here. Fans aren't buying tickets, everyone
is talking about Manning vs. Kansas City part 3. No way. The Colts
have already proven time and time again they play to the level of
their competition. Colts roll,
34-20.
New Orleans +2.5 over Philadelphia
Drew
Brees getting points against a rookie head coach and a QB in his
first playoff game? Yes please.
Cincinnati -6.5 over San Diego
Terrified of this
Bengals team. They have all of the makings of last year's Ravens. I
want no part of them as a Pats fan. Which means I will see them
next week.
Green Bay +2.5 over San Francisco
I think the 49ers win by 2, only because the NFL needs a rematch between Seattle and San Francisco.

Kansas City PK over Indianapolis
Lock Alert
Only 53% of people are betting the Chiefs and it seems as though all the talking heads love the Colts today. But the Chiefs are going to be healthier today than they have been in a long time and they lost to the Colts a couple weeks ago playing about as vanilla as they could have been. With Poe and Hali back Luck is going to have to win this game by himself, with his legs.
New Orleans +2.5 over Philadelphia
Moneyline Special +150
I have flipped on this pick at least twice since I have started making this page. I think Shady McCoy is going to have a huge game. But the Saints have more experience and this game is going to be all about the turnover battle. Whoever wins that will win the game and I trust Brees and Payton far more than virtual rookies in Foles and Kelly.
San Diego +6.5 over Cincinnati
Moneyline Special +245
You could argue that the Chargers don't deserve to be here, but they are and they seem to always win this game. Plus I have been salivating over being able to bet against Andy Dalton for 18 weeks now. Phil Rivers has won road playoff games before and I think he lights up the Bengals secondary as Dalton chokes.
Green Bay +2.5 over San Francisco
Moneyline Special +115
A Seahawks/49ers would be quite the treat but something tells me Aaron Rodgers is going to spoil that. The temperature will be below zero in Lambeau and that really could impact Kaepernick's ability to light up the Packers like he has the last two times. Also, Rodgers is going to want revenge after having the 49ers get the best of him lately.
